Phase 1: Initial Consult

Leveraging our experience, expertise and knowledge, we help you and your team think through every step of the project, ensuring your goals, objectives and vision are clear.

Phase 2: Design

We can work directly with you, your designer and/or your architect to design your custom space based on your office layout, functional needs, and design preferences.

Phase 3: Ordering & Scheduling

Upon project and design layout approval, we place all material orders, confirming product and finishes. We also coordinate project shipping, delivery and installation schedules with your team.

Phase 4: Delivery & Installation

Working in partnership with your in-house team, we coordinate all aspects of product delivery and installation with a goal of minimizing business disruption and downtime.

Consult Overview

We partner with you, your designer and/or architect to:

  • Align on your project vision, goals, timing and budget

  • Identify key project stakeholders

  • Anticipate potential roadblocks or hurdles

  • Share space needs expectations; Review existing client materials (test layouts, etc.)

Design Overview

Guided by client preferences and needs, the design phase includes:

  • Project space planning

  • Identifying potential manufacturers/furniture pieces

  • Creating 3-D drawings or renderings

  • Providing materials for project stakeholder review, alignment and approvals

Ordering/Scheduling Overview

In this phase, we:

  • Place all orders, confirming products and finishes

  • Review acknowledgements;, confirm order accuracy and finalize purchases

  • Track shipping schedules and warehouse product as needed

  • Coordinate schedules with in-house team/stakeholders

Delivery and Installation Overview

This includes:

  • Confirming product orders are complete and damage-free prior to delivery

  • Overseeing white-glove installation process, ensuring cleanliness

  • Walking through the finished space with the client and creating a “punch list” as needed

  • Completing all work to client satisfaction
